Governor of Central Kalimantan Handed over DIPA for 2024 at Palangka Raya University

The Governor of Central Kalimantan symbolically handed over the DIPA of Palangka Raya University in 2024 to the Rector of Palangka Raya University, on Friday, December 1, 2023 at the Isen Mulang Palace of the Governor of Central Kalimantan. The handover of DIPA was attended by Forkompinda, Regent/Pj. Regents and Mayors as well as Vertical Agencies of Ministries and Institutions in Central Kalimantan.

The Head of the Regional Office of the Director General of Treasury of Central Kalimantan, Hari Utomo, S.E., M.M, said that for the province of Central Kalimantan, the State Expenditure was allocated at IDR. 29.42 trillion consisting of work unit expenditures of State Ministries / Institutions amounting to 6.09 trillion allocated to 444 Work Units and Transfer to Regional Expenditure Allocation (TKD) of Rp 23.34 trillion allocated to the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government and 14 Regencies / Cities.

Sugianto SabranIn the meantime, he conveyed to all Forkompinda, Regents and Mayors as well as Vertical Agencies of Ministries and Institutions in Central Kalimantan that state spending is directed at (1) Improving the quality of human resources, (2) Completing priority infrastructure, (3) Accelerating green economic transformation, (4) Reforming the bureaucracy and apparatus and (5) Supporting the implementation of elections and regional elections with the direction of regional transfer policies to (1) Support the payroll of Regional Government employees with regional Work Agreements, especially teachers and health workers, (2) Improve regional public services, (03) support school operations, PAUD and Health Education and (4) Address poverty and stunting. The governor also advised that all government officials oversee all budget absorption processes in order to maximize performance in order to improve public service activities.

Rector of Palangka Raya University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Salampak, M.SAfter symbolically receiving the DIPA for Fiscal Year 2024 from the Governor of Central Kalimantan, H. Sugianto Sabran, S.I.P, said that in 2023 until the budget revision in September 2023, the total budget of Palangka Raya University was Two Hundred Sixty-three Billion, Seven Hundred Twenty-three Million, Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Rupiah (Rp. 263,723,660,000) and in Fiscal Year 2024, Palangka Raya University has received an indicative budget allocation ceiling from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology amounting to Three Hundred Thirty Five Billion, One Hundred Forty Two Million, Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Rupiah (Rp. 335,142,475,000) which means there is an increase of Seventy-one point four billion Rupiah more (Rp. 71.4 M), or twenty-seven percent (27%) compared to the 2023 budget..

The increase came from the increase in BOPTN, amounting to Ten point six billion Rupiah (10.6 M), and the target increase in BLU revenue of 23.4 billion Rupiah and success we are trusted to obtain sizable funds for PTN Revitalization Program by Forty point seven billion Rupiah (Rp. 40.7M) in fiscal year 2024. The Revitalization Program in accordance with the direction of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture Research and Technology is focused up to 80% for facilities, the rest is for the training of educators and education personnel.
