Palangka Raya University made an achievement in the carnival competition in the framework of the Isen Mulang 2023 Cultural Festival. The winners were announced at the closing of FBIM 2023 on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the GOR Multipurpose field in Palangka Raya, by the Head of the Central Kalimantan Culture and Tourism Office Hj. Adiah Chandra Sari, S.H., M.H.

The Rector of Palangka Raya University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Salampak, M.S, was present to receive the award from the Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan, H. Edy Pratowo, S.Sos., M.M. Palangka Raya University won 1st place in the general category carnival followed by the Central Kalimantan Nusantara Cultural Arts Committee (KSBN) as 2nd place, and the Tampung Penyang State Hindu Institute (IAHN) as 3rd place.

In the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) category, the first winner was won by the Central Kalimantan Housing, Settlement and Land Agency (Perkimtan), followed by the Central Kalimantan Public Works and Public Housing Agency (PUPR), and the Central Kalimantan Forestry Service.

FBIM 2023 was closed by the Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan, with Palangka Raya City as the overall champion, followed by North Barito Regency as the second champion and South Barito as the third champion.
